Because the adoption process is such a personal and intimate experience, we come to develop a special relationship with each of our families. Many of them remain

grow. We know the human dimension of this process, what it costs emotionally and the rewards that result from your trust and faith in us. We know each Russian adoption is a life saved and for the American parents, quite often a life made complete.
Agency fees are very reasonable. The fees are waived or
significantly reduced for the families in lesser income brackets

We are sorry but Child of
the Heart is currently not taking any new clients
due to the pending situation in Russia. We are
planning to resume taking new applications in the
beginning of 2011. We do accept applicants
adopting domestically or through various foreign
countries for the home-studies and post-placement
reports .
